Gathering at the Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University gate at 20:30 on Sunday, November 30, 2025 and departing for Kapıkule at 21:00.
Day 1
December 1, 2025
We will arrive in Belgrade, Serbia, around 8:00-9:00 AM. We will stop for breakfast at a pleasant venue in Belgrade. Afterward, we will tour the historical sites of Belgrade with our guides. We will check into our hotel around 2:00 PM. After dinner, the congress opening sessions will take place between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Breakfast will be served between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM on December 2nd, and then we will depart for Slovenia.
Day 2
December 2, 2025
You will arrive in Ljubljana, Slovenia, at 1:00 PM. You will check in directly to your hotel. After settling in, you will tour Ljubljana. The first day of the Congress will take place from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Day 3
December 3, 2025
Breakfast will be served at the Ljubljana Hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m., and then you'll board your vehicle at 8:00 a.m. to reach Mulhouse from Munich around 5:00 p.m. Before checking in at the hotel, you'll continue to Colmar and explore Colmar before settling in at the hotel. Evening: Free time.
Day 4
December 4, 2025
Breakfast will be served at the hotel between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, followed by congress sessions from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The sessions will be held at the Ibis Hotel. Following the congress sessions, participants will depart for Colmar and surrounding areas at 1:00 PM. They will remain in the area until late in the evening.
Day 5
December 5, 2025
Breakfast will be served at the hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 am, followed by congress sessions from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. These sessions will be held at the Ibis Hotel. Following the congress sessions, departure for Milan, Italy, will be at 1:00 pm. Arrivals will be in Milan around 6:00 pm. Following check-in at the hotel, congress sessions will take place from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Day 6
December 6, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel between 07:00-08:00, you will check out from the hotel and tour Milan until 13:00. At 13:30, the vehicle will depart for Zagreb/Croatia. After visiting Zagreb around 20:00-21:00, the return journey will begin.
Tekirdağ will be reached on Sunday, December 7th.
