CONGRESS PARTICIPATION FEE

(Included in the prices: Accommodation in a double room + excursions + transportation + breakfast + everything related to the congress)

(Accommodation is planned as a double room for everyone)

(A 50% discount will be applied for children between the ages of 3-12)

 

Early Registration Fee

Between 15 April and 15 June 2025: 780 EURO

(Participants who will benefit from the Early Registration Discount will be offered the opportunity to pay in 2 equal installments.

First payment no later than 15 May 2025: (390 EURO) Second payment no later than 15 June 2025: (390 EURO)

Regular Registration Fee

June 16-August 15, 2025: 850 EURO

(For participants who will be included in the Regular Registration process, payment can be made in 2 equal installments.

First payment no later than June 30, 2025: (425 EURO) Second payment no later than August 14, 2025: (425 EURO)

 

Late Registration Fee

Between August 16-November 10, 2025: 900 EURO

(For participants who will be included in the Late Registration process, payment can be made in 2 equal installments.

First payment no later than August 30, 2025: (450 EURO) Second payment no later than September 30, 2025: (450 EURO)
