Participants who want to participate in the cultural interaction programs to be held within the congress but do not stay at the hotel must pay the following fee:

For Boat Tour: 1000 TL (25 Euro)
​​For Ephesus, Şirince, Virgin Mary Tour: 1000 TL (25 Euro)

Participation fee for participants who will not stay at the hotel but will only make a presentation at the congress: 1500 TL (40 Euro)

Independent participation fee for the congress for a single paper: 1500 TL (40 Euro)

For two papers: 2500 TL (120 Euro)
​International mixed exhibition participation fee: Free participation
Solo exhibition participation fee: 2500 TL (120 Euro)

For participants who do not want to participate in the Cultural Interaction Program (Boat Tour-Izmir Ephesus-Sirince-Virgin Mary);
