Congress Participation Fee

Congress Participation Fee (Green or Gray Passport is required)

Normal Participation (between December 15, 2024 - January 15, 2025): 400 EURO (Participation with 2 papers 450 EURO)

Late Participation Fee (between January 15 - January 24, 2025): 450 EURO (Participation with 2 papers 500 EURO)

ACCOMMODATION

PRICING IS DECIDED AS PER PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOM.

0-2 years old child: 100 EURO

2-12 years old child (with 2 adults): 325 EURO (for one child) will be charged.

The cost of accommodation in a SINGLE ROOM is 600 EURO.
